Gluten Free Challenge!

This challenge is designed to initiate  a healthier you! It will work by reducing toxic food, refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol, as well as chemicals and replacing them with energising plant foods full of phytonutrients and anti – oxidants.  Hydration, exercise, rest and relaxation are also components of the challenge.

It involves saying yes to:
Drinking Water
Drink enough water per day so urine remains clear (2-3 litres).

Exercise
30-60 minutes moderate exercise at least 4 days per week.

Zero wheat
The benefits of coming off wheat are enormous!

No Dairy
Try hummus as a substitute for cheese.Eat leafy greens for your calcium intake.

Juice Plus +
Juice Plus+ Complete  (power shake) and Juice Plus+ Premium  (capsules).These will support  the transformation.

Breathe
Complete  deep breathing exercises 3 times per day.

Sleep
Plan ahead to get 8 full hours of sleep each night.

Assist
Eat your last meal by 6 pm which allows your body to rest and digest properly.
